Over the course of 42 years of business, one of our most important qualities has been our customer service. We have remained a relatively small company which has allowed us to work very close with the home owner, architect, builder, and interior designer. A major comment over the years has been, “it’s nice to call with a question and talk directly to the owner of the business.” Dealing directly with the customer enables us to better serve each individual. It also helps to eliminate any potential miscommunication with the home owner.
Over the course of our existence, we have built hundreds of stairs with most every configuration imaginable. Our goal however, is to produce a product which fits you and your home whether it be simple or ornate. Consider Stair Specialist Inc. as the firm to build your stairs. It will be money well spent on quality and cooperation.
We distribute our products coast to coast, and sometimes, internationally. Coordination of building stairs is done by phone, email, fax, and mail service. However, when necessary we will visit the job site prior to starting construction.
We provide a variety of stair photographs in both our web site and brochure. Upon request, other stair designs are available through verbal communication.
Throughout the section Technical, we speak of custom designed stairs. We do, however, construct many stock stairs and components which fulfill basic stair needs.
